The facility conducts a wide range of operations as a base for cultural activities for residents of the area. It offers everything from a large multi-purpose hall with 714 fixed seats to 6 dressing rooms, making the venue suitable for musical performances and all sorts of gatherings. Situated near Nabari Station on the Kintetsu Line and adjacent to the Nabari Community Center, the facilities can be used together and play host to just about any type of event.
