Misato Cultural Center
The Misato Cultural Center is in western Tsu City, at the base of the Aoyamakogen Highlands, and serves as a base for citizens’ cultural activities and lifelong learning. It features a hall, a library and training rooms, and is adjacent to various Misatonooka sports facilities.
