Outside appearance of the facility
Located in the Ugata district of Ago Town in Shima City, a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Ugata Station, the facility features a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 300 as well as a further education room capable of accommodating about 40 guests for meetings. Speaker events of all sizes as well as training sessions and cultural activities can also be held here.

Multipurpose Hall
Of the 300 seats in the multipurpose hall, 154 are electronically movable. The space measures 230 square meters, and incorporates a 70 square meter stage. The further education room is equipped with LAN capability, enabling the use of the Internet in activities conducted in the room. Furthermore, there are also Japanese-style rooms with tatami mats, allowing clients to conduct tea ceremonies, flower arrangement events and poetry readings. The multipurpose hall is also equipped with a screen.
