Kumano City Cultural Exchange Center
The center is adjacent to JR Kumano Station, and is a multiuse facility incorporating a library. The center was designed to encourage residents to accelerate cultural activities and to interact with each other.

Exchange Hall
The exchange hall has a capacity of 140 with movable seats and sound and lighting systems, making it a great venue for small-scale musical performances. By storing the movable seats, the space can be used for meetings of up to 90 people. There are also three training rooms available.
