Toin Town Cultural Center
The Toin Town Cultural Center is adjacent to the Toincho City Office, in a countryside setting. The center is home to Hibari Hall, which has a capacity of 702. The cultural annex incorporates dressing rooms 1, 2 and 3 and a rehearsal room. The central community center houses training rooms 1 and 2, lecture rooms 1-3, and cooking practice rooms and exhibition space.
Convention(Conference) Facilities
In addition to the 702-person capacity Hibari Hall, there is the conference room 1, with a capacity of 20 people, and lecture rooms 1-3 that can accommodate up to about 80 people.
